SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Strawberry Fanatic, we want you to enjoy your order from the very first moment. Our team carefully prepares every order to ensure it arrives to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
If you have any questions regarding your shipment, exchange or return, we’ll always be happy to help.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
From that moment on, our team will begin preparing your order from our warehouse in Madrid so it can be shipped as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number, allowing you to check the status and location of your package at any time.
Orders are prepared within a maximum of 1–2 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CET) may be processed and shipped the following business day.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be slightly extended during high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, sales, special launches or promotional campaigns.
Although we always strive to provide the best possible service, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, an order may need to be cancelled. In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, a valid ID number will be required for orders over €150. Orders will remain on hold until this information is provided.

We recommend checking your country’s import and customs policies beforehand to avoid unexpected charges.
All international shipments may require an ID number or identification document to avoid customs issues.
For Mexico and the United States, the recipient’s identification number is mandatory.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase, as once the order has been shipped we are unable to modify or redirect it.
Strawberry Fanatic is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors or repeated delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Delivery
The courier company may attempt delivery several times. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a collection point or returned to our warehouse.
All packages may require a signature upon delivery.
Order Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to notify us so we can investigate the issue with the courier company.
After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to process any claims.
Damaged Shipments or Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and open an investigation with the courier company.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return once the order has been received, following our return policy.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We truly hope you love your order, but if you need to request an exchange or return, you have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to do so.
Items must be returned:
* in their original condition
* unworn
* unwashed
* with all original tags and seals attached
* and in their original packaging

EXCHANGES
We will handle both the collection of the original item and the shipment of the new requested item.
The exchange will be processed once we receive the original item and verify that it is in perfect condition.
If there is a price difference between products, the difference will either be charged or refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
RETURNS
Returns must be managed through our official returns platform.
Once the return has been received and approved, we will issue the corresponding refund using the original payment method.
Shipping and return handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in cases of:
* recipient absence
* incorrect or incomplete address
* refusal to pay customs duties
* returned orders due to reasons beyond Strawberry Fanatic’s control
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are always the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If the customer refuses to pay customs charges and the order is returned, the refund will be issued minus any costs generated by the refusal and return process.
