ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, WE ESTIMATE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF ITS SHIP DATE. SHIPPING TIMES MAY VARY, BUT WE WORK OUR HARDEST TO GET YOU YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

WE OFFER A 15 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY WINDOW ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS. IN CASE YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT YOU WILL BE GIVEN A DISCOUNT CODE WITHOUT EXPIRATION DATE. ITEMS SHOULD BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED OR USED IN ANYWAYS AND RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING TAGS AND SWIM LINERS. ANY ITEM RETURNED NOT MEETING THESE CONDITIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WITH NO RETURN GRANTED.

EVERY PRODUCT WE SEND OUT IS INITIALLY QUALITY CONTROLLED, HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT WITH A MANUFACTURING FAULT WE WILL HAPPILY REPLACE IT AS LONG AS IT HAS BEEN RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND YOU HAVE CONTACTED US WITHIN THE NEXT 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. . PLEASE NOTE THAT WEAR AND TEAR IN THE COURSE OF NORMAL USE IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING FAULT.
